Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular security assessments of Microsoft Copilot environments
• Identify and mitigate risks such as prompt injection, model tampering, and data poisoning
• Implement Identity & Access Management, Conditional Access, and Zero Trust principles
• Develop threat models and perform security testing, including red-team exercises
• Monitor systems, detect anomalies, and respond to security incidents
• Provide 3rd level support for complex Copilot-related security, performance, and usage issues
• Define security controls, guardrails, and best practices for Copilot usage
• Assess custom plugins and third-party integrations from a security perspective
• Analyze data flows and ensure proper encryption and protection mechanisms
• Create documentation, enable support teams, and define escalation processes

You'll be a great match if you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, IT, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in Cybersecurity
• 3+ years working with Microsoft 365 and Azure security
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Defender, Entra ID, Conditional Access, Zero Trust, and threat modeling
• Hands-on experience with PowerShell, Python, or C#
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Security, Azure Security, CISSP, AZ-500) are a plus
• Master's degree in Cybersecurity or related field is a plus
• Fluent in English (C1+)
