We are looking for an AI Innovation Engineer & Outsystems Developer!

Responsabilities:

• AI Integration: Designing and implementing AI/ML-driven features within OutSystems applications to improve user experience and operational efficiency in the Software Development Cycle process (SDLC), with a focus on the testing phase.
• Tool Prospecting: Identify cutting-edge AI tools and technologies that can be integrated into current Quality Assurance and Development workflows.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Facilitating interaction between teams, ensuring that AI solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing.
• Continuous Improvement: Driving a culture of "incremental innovation", constantly refining functionality, usability, and security through automated intelligence.

Requirements:

• Valued Certifications. OutSystems Certifications (Associate, Professional, or Expert).
• AI/Machine Learning Certifications (Azure AI, AWS Certified Machine Learning, etc.).
• ISTQB or Automation-specific certifications.
• Organization and planning.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Ability to Abstract and Design Solutions.
• Problem analysis and resolution.
• Communication capacity.
• Good level of English.
• Coordination and motivation skills.
• Systematic, critical and logical thinking.
• Summarization capabilities.
• Be committed, demanding and pedagogue.
