We are building new AI-driven features to elevate how fans experience football content.

Job Description:

As an AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for developing and deploying natural language models that summarize, classify, and tag sports content. Your work will help power features like match recaps, sentiment analysis, and real-time editorial assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Build and fine-tune LLM-based systems for summarization and content generation
• Develop tagging systems for emotion, sentiment, and relevance classification
• Work with product and data teams to deploy models that enhance user content
• Continuously evaluate and improve ML system performance and accuracy
• Maintain reproducibility, scalability, and efficiency in ML pipelines

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in machine learning or applied NLP
• Proficiency with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Hugging Face transformers
• Experience with LLM fine-tuning and prompt engineering
• Familiarity with ML deployment tools (e.g., Docker, AWS/GCP, Ray, Weights & Biases)
• Strong understanding of model evaluation and bias mitigation

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in sports data, content summarization, or news recommendation
• Experience in building internal tools or content-generation systems
• Passion for using ML to enhance user-facing products
