We are looking for an Agile Coach.
Main Tasks:
- At the Scrum teams' service, it ensures that the Scrum method is understood and implemented; also, it ensures that the Scrum teams are committed to the theory, practices and rules of Scrum.
- It helps external parties understand which interactions with the Scrum team are positive and which are not.
- It helps every stakeholders to change these interactions to maximize the value created by Scrum teams.
- Verifies that Scrum teams have all the necessary skills to deliver business value.
- Ensures the continuous improvement of Scrum teams in their way of working (creativity, quality cooperation) by showing empathy, cooperation, transparency, courage and humility.
At the Service of the Product Owner:
- Finds methods for efficient product backlog management.
- Helps Scrum teams understand the need for clear and accurate Product Backlog items.
- Understands product planning in an global context.
- Ensures that the Product Owner knows how to build the Product Backlog to maximize the value of the product.
- Understands and implements agility.
- Facilitates Scrum events when requested or required.
At the Service of the Development Team:
- Helps the development team to develop its self-organization and multidisciplinary.
- Helps the development team create high value products.
- Removes obstacles to the development team's progress.
- Facilitates Scrum events when requested or required.
- Supports development teams in organizational environments where Scrum is not yet fully adopted and understood.
- Communicates, with pedagogy and diplomacy, with each team member and the rest of the stakeholders to ensure that the direction taken is the right one.
At the Service of the Organization:
- Assists the organization in its adoption of Scrum.
- Plan the implementation of Scrum in the organization.
- Helps employees and stakeholders understand and implement Scrum and global product development.
- Causes changes that increase the productivity of the Scrum team.
- Collaborates with other Scrum Masters to improve the efficiency of Scrum use in the organization.
Technical skills:
- Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent).
- Facilitation of Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives).
- Product Backlog management and prioritization (Jira, Trello, Azure DevOps).
- Agile metrics knowledge (Velocity, Burn-down charts).
- Agile coaching and team mentoring experience.
- Agile transformation planning and implementation.
- Fluent in English.
