– The holder of this important role will be a key part of the Admissions office administration team, which underpins the smooth running of the Admissions office of St. Julian’s School.


Perfil do Candidato

Mandatory
• Applicants must be based locally
• Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken and written);
• Have outstanding communication, organisational and interpersonal skills;
• Excellent IT skills (MS Office including Excel, Publisher, PowerPoint, Word and Google, etc.)
• Proactive, dynamic and communicative approach;
• Ability to work in teams and independently;
• Have the ability to stay calm and prioritise in a busy and multitasking working environment.

Desirable
• Administrative background and experience;
• Experience working with management systems/databases (ISAMS);
• Experience in document management/archiving.
