• Develop and maintain a strong network with landlords, developers, brokers, and local stakeholders
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (legal, finance, operations, construction) to ensure smooth project execution
• Monitor store performance and market trends to refine expansion priorities
• Ensure all projects meet financial, operational, and brand standards

• Proven experience in expansion, acquisition, or real estate roles within retail
• Strong knowledge of the Portuguese retail real estate landscape
