Your new company

A leading company in the retail sector is looking for an Accounts Receivable (m/f/d) to a maternity leave replacement scheduled for 10 months.

Your new role

• Billing, collection posting and reporting activities related with receivables;
• Prepare AR month, quarterly and year-end closing;
• Prepare internal reports and support in the preparation of annual property income budget;
• Clarifying and reconcile differences on the postings;
• Participate in activities related to the setup of the new sustem;
• Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately;
• Answer incoming questions and assist managers and other finance colleagues to ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete; 
• Assist year end external audit regarding all matters related with receivables;
• Contribute to finding improvement opportunities and support their effective implementation.

What you'll need to succeed

• Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar;
• 2 plus years of relevant work experience in the accounting/finance area;
• Experience with Navision software (plus);
• Good knowledge of English;
• Outstanding analytical and communication skills;
• Attention to detail, customer orientation and ability to work under tight deadlines;
• Proactive and positive attitude.
