Description

A successful Accounts Payable should :

• Process and verify invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Reconcile accounts payable transactions and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records and ensure compliance with company policies
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments
• Assist with month-end closing and reporting
• Monitor accounts to ensure timely payments and manage payment schedules
• Collaborate with internal departments to address financial queries
• Utilize SAP software for financial data management and reporting

Profile

A successful Accounts Payable should have :

• Proven experience in an Accounts Payable role
• Proficiency in SAP and strong knowledge of financial systems
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
