Your New Role

Managing the accounts teams, across DE, PT, LU, NL, UK . Taking the lead globally on all payable processes and being the global finance lead for all procure-to-pay processes and activity. 

 

 

Key Responsibilities

• Managing the accounts teams, across DE, PT, LU, NL, UK 
• Manage SSC accounts payable 
• Responsible for all finance elements of procure-to-pay processes.
• Using KPI metrics, track and report key performance measures. Communicate metrics to relevant stakeholders to highlight issues, identify root causes, and solve in conjunction with other functional process owners.
• Manage payment, close activities, financial reviews and reconciliations within reporting deadlines
• Manage escalations by liaising with all relevant suppliers and internal stakeholders 
• Engage with key stakeholders across the business to ensure they are receiving an excellent service and work with them to achieve the performance targets 
• Responsible for timely and accurate performance reporting as per agreed service levels and ad hoc reporting, as required 
• Prepare and present reports to Head of SSC and other stakeholders 
• Maintain and enhance the governance controls operating across the team

• Able to deal with multi currencies. 
• Understanding of relevant country accounting practices and the regulatory environment 
• Demonstrable people management and people development skills 
• Experience of high volume invoice processing and approval work flows.

 

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing AP teams 
• Advanced Excel skills
• Advanced English
