The Accounts Payable Team Leader will oversee and manage the accounts payable team, ensuring efficient processing of invoices and compliance with company policies. This role requires a strong understanding of accounting processes within the professional services industry.

Description

• Lead, train, and develop the AP team.
• Oversee invoice processing, reconciliations, and payment runs.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal requirements.
• Resolve discrepancies and manage supplier relationships.
• Monitor KPIs and drive process improvement initiatives.
• Support audits and collaborate with Procurement, Treasury, and Accounting.
• Participate in transition projects, roll-outs, and the implementation of new processes.

Profile

• Degree in Management, Accounting, Finance, or similar.
• At least 3-5 years' experience in Accounts Payable; previous leadership experience is a plus.
• Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) environment and in transitions/roll-outs is highly valued.
• Fluency in English (mandatory); knowledge of Spanish and/or French (preferred).
• Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical mindset, and effective communication.
• Availability to join new projects and support operational ramp-ups.
• Willingness to travel internationally when required.
