• We are looking for an Accounts Payable Senior Manager.

Description

• Lead and shape a large-scale Accounts Payable function within a global shared services environment, ensuring high levels of operational performance and service delivery;
• Manage and develop a multi-layer leadership structure, providing guidance to AP managers and fostering a high-performing, collaborative culture;
• Define and monitor key performance indicators, service levels, and operational metrics to drive efficiency, quality, and stakeholder satisfaction;
• Act as a strategic partner to Finance and business leaders, providing insights, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making;
• Oversee end-to-end AP operations, ensuring accurate invoice processing, payment execution, reconciliations, and period-end activities;
• Maintain strong internal controls and ensure compliance with applicable tax, regulatory, and financial governance requirements;
• Drive process optimization, automation, digital transformation, and standardization initiatives across international operations;
• Lead ERP improvements, workflow enhancements, and technology-enabled solutions to increase productivity and scalability;
• Manage the transition and integration of new entities, countries, or business activities into the centralized AP organization;
• Develop transition roadmaps, oversee change management activities, and ensure successful knowledge transfer and operational stabilization;
• Promote continuous improvement, operational excellence, and a culture focused on innovation and customer service.

Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field;
• Extensive experience in Accounts Payable, Finance Operations, or Shared Services environments;
• Proven track record leading large, international teams through multiple management layers;
• Strong understanding of AP processes, financial controls, compliance requirements, and indirect tax principles;
• Experience driving transformation programs, process harmonization, automation, and system implementations;
• Demonstrated success managing transitions, migrations, or integration projects within complex organizations;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights;
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior leadership level;
• Skilled in performance management, talent development, succession planning, and organizational effectiveness;
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, matrix environments with multiple priorities and global stakeholders;
• Fluent English required.
