You will join a multinacional Shared Services Centre that supports several European markets.
This is a temporary contract with Hays, with an expected duration between 1 and 3 months.
Your new role
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of vendor invoices, maintaining daily communication with French-speaking stakeholders, and supporting payment and month-end activities.
- Process vendor invoices accurately and within the required deadlines.
- Manage daily vendor inquiries via email and Teams communication in French.
- Support execution of payment runs and perform vendor account reconciliations.
- Contribute to month-end closing activities and handle ad-hoc requests.
What you need to be successful
- French – Above-average written comprehension is essential for daily tasks, seamless team integration, and internal communication.
- English knowledge is a plus.
- Experience – 1–3 years in Accounts Payable (experience with Oracle is a plus).
- Agility – Strong ability to quickly adapt and perform from day one.
- Proactive and autonomous working style.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
