Description

• Reviewing and verifying invoices and check requests.
• Sorting, coding and matching invoices.
• Setting invoices up for payment.
• Entering and uploading invoices into system.
• Preparing and performing check runs.
• Monitoring accounts to ensure payments are up to date.
• Providing supporting documentation for audits.
• Maintaining vendor files and corresponding with vendors.

Profile

The successful Accounts Payable Analyst should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Proficient in data management and financial software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
