Your New Role

As an Accounts Payable Analyst – English and Polish or German Speaker, you will be responsible for:

• Managing the daily processing of incoming invoices, ensuring correct classification and coding via Readsoft
• Booking invoices and debit notes from third-party and intercompany vendors
• Processing travel expenses in SAP, ensuring proper approval and receipt matching
• Preparing and analyzing vendor payments
• Reconciling vendor accounts and managing debtor positions
• Producing month-end reports
• Controlling travel expenses and updating vendor master data
• Responding to queries from internal teams and external vendors

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Finance, or Accounting (preferred) or equivalent experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Accounting
• Fluency in English (mandatory) and Polish or German (mandatory)
• Experience with SAP (preferred)
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and organizational abilities
