A global leader in cutting-edge mobility solutions is looking for a Accounts Payable (m/f/d) - English Speaker.
Your new role
Accounts Payable work is focused on administering, designing and ensuring compliance with accounts payable processes including: Invoice charge verification (including applicable discounts) vs. purchase orders. Verification that goods and services purchased have been received. Confirmation of purchase approval. Payment authorization and processing. Reconciliation of accounts payable ledgers to identify improper charges, validate transactions, and ensure accurate and timely payment of amounts due.
Key activities
Preparation and analysis of payments to vendors (third-part and InterCompany vendors)
Vendor accounts reconciliation & management
Month end reports
Manage travel expenses controls
Liaise and answer queries from internal and external vendors
What you need to be successful
Bachelor in Management, Finance, Accountancy or equivalent (preferably)
1-2 years’ experience in Payments and SAP
English (Mandatory)
