Description

• Join a dynamic finance operations team and take ownership of end-to-end accounts payable activities.
• Review, validate, and process supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal controls.
• Serve as the main contact for vendor enquiries, resolving payment and invoice-related issues efficiently.
• Execute supplier payment runs and monitor payment status in line with agreed terms.
• Manage invoice discrepancies, supplier account reconciliations, and dispute resolution processes.
• Support month-end closing activities by ensuring AP records are complete, accurate, and delivered on time.
• Maintain process documentation and support knowledge transfer within the team.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, quality, and service levels.
• Assist with the transition and optimisation of finance processes within a shared services environment.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and international teams to ensure smooth financial operations and compliance.
• Provide support during internal and external audits when required.

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in Accounts Payable or a similar finance operations role.
• Strong understanding of invoice processing, supplier management, reconciliations, and payment cycles.
• Previous experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is highly valued.
• Advanced user of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Fluent German and English language skills are essential.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and accountability.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on process improvement and problem-solving.
• Comfortable working in a multicultural and collaborative international environment.
