As an Accounting Specialist, you will actively contribute to the timely execution of recognition and accounting closing processes, while ensuring full compliance with the tax obligations of the group's companies. You will be responsible for following established checklists and performing first-levelfirst-level reviews and audits of the accounts within your scope of responsibility.

Description

• Take ownership of accounting entries, reconciliations, account reviews and validation of movements for the entities under your scope.
• Manage all tax and regulatory obligations for each company within your responsibility, ensuring full compliance and timely delivery.
• Follow and maintain compliance with established checklists and internal controls in all relevant areas.
• Align each entity under your scope with the Group's consolidation model, ensuring accurate and consistent reporting.
• Oversee key areas such as accruals, ageing analysis of customers, assessment of doubtful debts, monitoring of low turnover stocks, and legal proceedings with their respective contingencies.
• Act as a key point of contact in audit and consultancy processes, providing the required information and supporting documentation.
• Ensure the timely preparation and issuance of annual accounts for the entities under your responsibility

Profile

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Management or Similar;
• Proficient English - Spanish (plus);
• Professional experience (minimum of 2 years) in the accounting area (execution and supervision) in a business environment or as a Consultant/Auditor.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with SAP.
