We are looking for an Accounting & Finance Manager to lead Accounting & Finance operations in a Pharmaceutical company.

Description

• Ownership of monthly management accounts, cashflow forecasting and cost control;
• Work closely with department heads on budgets and performance tracking;
• Cash management in a capital-intensive, regulated environment;
• Deal with banks and financial institutions;
• Direct interaction with audit and advisory firms;
• Preparation and presentation of financial packs for Board meetings;
• Oversight of statutory accounts, tax filings, audits and external reporting.

Profile

• Academic degree in Accounting, Management, Finance or similar;
• Minimum 5 years experience in a similar position;
• Previous experience in the Pharmaceutical sector and international contexts is highly valued;
• Fluent English (mandatory);
• Strong excel skills and adaptability/ implementation of ERPs softwares;
• Team management skills;
• High attention to detail and analytical capacities;
• Strong communication skills.
