Description

• Lead and supervise a team of accountants responsible for a specific international entity perimeter.
• Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, internal controls, and group accounting policies.
• Review monthly closings, financial statements, balance sheet analysis, and reporting packages.
• Coordinate with external auditors and support audit processes and tax reporting activities.
• Participate in process improvement initiatives, workflows optimization, and continuous improvement projects.
• Support consolidation activities, treasury related topics, and cross functional financial operations.
• Liaise with international stakeholders, partners, and finance teams across different regions.

Profile

• Strong background in General Ledger/Accounting Operations.
• Previous experience leading or mentoring small accounting teams while remaining operationally hands on.
• Solid exposure to IFRS, financial reporting, monthly closings, audits, and balance sheet reviews.
• Comfortable operating in shared services, GBS or center of excellence environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in international environments.
• Fluent English level is mandatory.
• Profile with good balance between leadership capability, operational ownership, and collaborative mindset.
