Our client is a Pharmaceutical company looking to hire an Accountant to join their team during the lauching of a new ERP.

Description

The key activities will be:

Assure that global and local rules are reflected in all processes as well as in financial statements;

Work with the Business and RSS teams to find solutions to make processes more agile and implement solutions accordingly;

Assists Global T&E Concur team (policy, system updates, expense claims, credit card transactions and internal communications);

Responsible for the on boarding of new colleagues;

Responsible for Master Data Maintenance (cost centers, WBS, profit center…);

Responsible for local fixed assets together with RSS;

Work near RSS/AP team to ensure correct payment reports via MyBuy/SAP (vendors);

Prepare support documentation to request eIHB payments;

Perform and check month end tasks;

After month end, produces internal reports (sales, cost centers and at WBSs level);

Issuing of invoices/credit notes to and from affiliates non-trade;

Responsible for the payment process related to traffic tickets;

Participate in international and local projects;

Ensure compliance with fiscal declarations on due time, through the preparation of local bank payments;

Support the annual audit, providing information and clarifications whenever necessary;

Responsible for the financial department archive.

Profile

The ideal candidate will have:

University degree, or equivalent;

Experience is required, preferably business or economy;

Frequency of RDA and RDF courses are desirable;

At least 3 years experience in accounting and local fiscal norms and rules;

Has worked in complex, multi-functional teams;

Expertise in SAP (FI / I2P);

Broad knowledge in fiscal and accounting rules and norms;

Fluency in written and spoken English.
