The Opportunity

We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented accountant to help us deliver outstanding service across compliance, reporting, and financial advisory. If you value both precision and people, this is for you.

Your Role

- Manage bookkeeping, VAT, IRS, and payroll for a portfolio of clients

- Support automation of internal workflows (e.g., bank feeds, document OCR, recurring tasks, deadline monitoring)

- Collaborate on financial dashboards and insights for advisory clients

- Communicate with clients fluently in both Portuguese and English

What We're Looking For

- Degree in Accounting, Management, or related fields

- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in accounting

- Proficiency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)

- Experience with cloud accounting tools - especially Centralgest

- Strong organizational skills and a proactive mindset

- Bonus: interest in financial strategy or CFO-style work
