1. A five-star luxury hotel that embodies sophisticated elegance with its minimalist design. Nestled in the heart of Milan’s fashion district, the hotel offers an unparalleled blend of comfort and style, featuring refined dining, a serene spa, and bespoke service tailored to each guest’s needs
2. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
3. Registration of Italy, CEE, Extracee Invoices;
4. Uploading the invoices payment to our home banking and posting them to accounting;
5. Filing of related invoices posted in order of protocol;
6. Maintenance of suppliers bill book;
7. DDT end-of-month fund;
8. Miscellaneous correspondence.

Perfil do Candidato

1. Reading, writing and oral proficiency in English and Italian;
2. Excellent communication, organization and reporting skills;
3. Excellent ability with numbers and arithmetic;
4. Working computer skills and knowledge;
5. Able to maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect the privacy and security of guests and coworkers;
6. Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure;
7. A high rate of accuracy in all aspects of work;
8. Ethical approach to work;
9. Be familiar with tracking and analyzing financial data, organize it, and present it in a clear and professional manner;
10. Be Deadline-Oriented;
11. Support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees;
12. Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in Europe and preferably a previous experience in hospitality.
