As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for nurturing and strengthening relationships with existing clients while reactivating dormant accounts to expand our market presence.


This role requires a proactive, client-oriented professional with solid experience in B2B sales and strong project management capabilities.

You will work closely with internal teams to deliver tailored proposals and ensure high client satisfaction through end-to-end account ownership.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Deepen relationships with existing clients through regular communication and value-driven proposals
  • Reactivate dormant accounts and promote renewed engagement
  • Manage the full lifecycle of client projects, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Create proposals, estimates, and contracts based on client needs
  • Track market trends and client insights to inform sales strategy
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the quality of proposals and service delivery


Requirements and Skills:

  • Minimum of 5 years of B to B sales experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Market Research industry

Preference would given to candidates who have contacts and experience in market research sales in the EU region.

  • Strong understanding of market research methodologies, data analysis, and insights generation.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM systems
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
