Principais responsabilidades

  • Promote the portfolio of products and services in Lisbon, targeting to expand the quality and number of customers (all kind of stores, restaurants and retailers.
  • Develop and manage business segments through frequent store visits to monitor and ensure the quality of the portfolio under management.
  • Build ongoing and trusting relationships with small and medium businesses and sustainably upsell new payment products and services.
  • Meet quantitative and qualitative targets set by Management to ensure that target/managed portfolio meets the financial objectives.

Perfil desejado

  • University Degree
  • Proven experience in Field Sales, envolving sales and negotiation with multiple small and medium clients, in the field, such as telecoms, spirits, tobacco, coffee, especially targeting the HORECA channel.
  • Proven track record in exceeding sales targets, and building new business and pipelines.
  • Good knowledge of the city (lisbon) retail market.
  • Good knowledge of English (oral and writing skills).
  • Very good communication and presentation skills.
  • Customer orientation and business understanding.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with client contacts.
  • Self-starter with ability to "open doors" and strong results orientation.
  • Effective negotiator, able to overcome objections.
  • Pro-active thinking, initiative and flexibility.
  • Team working mentality.
