• Experienced professional with a background as a Financial Consultant and Account.
• Solid experience in ManCo/AIFM, asset management, or Big 4.

Description

• Manage and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored financial solutions;
• Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring issue resolution and client satisfaction;
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance client engagement and service delivery;
• Lead regular service reviews and participate in board meetings, including minute-taking,
• Advise clients on sustainability and ESG best practices, supporting their integration into business strategies;
• Facilitate communication across departments and oversee projects such as fund launches, liquidations, and migrations;
• Communicate project and service updates to stakeholders, including senior management and clients;
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and propose new services aligned with client needs.

Profile

• University degree in Finance;
• 5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a ManCo/AIFM, asset manager, or Big 4 advisory;
• Strong understanding of Luxembourg regulatory framework (e.g. AIFMD, UCITS, CSSF Circular 18/698);
• Excellent organisational and communication skills;
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, in a dynamic and regulated environment;
• Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail;
• Fluency in English;
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Experience with CRM software.
