The Role

We're looking for a driven, commercially sharp Account Executive to own and grow Hosco's business across a defined EMEA territory.

This is a true full-cycle sales role. You'll build your own pipeline, run consultative discovery and demos, negotiate and close deals, and then partner with Customer Success to grow those accounts over time. You'll sell into senior stakeholders at hotels, restaurant groups, resorts, cruise lines, and other hospitality businesses, positioning Hosco as a strategic partner for talent acquisition and employer branding.

What You'll OwnPipeline Generation
  • Build and work a healthy pipeline from scratch through multi-channel outreach including email sequences, phone, LinkedIn, events, and referrals.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across SMB and mid-market hospitality employers in your territory.
  • Develop a territory plan that maps market potential and prioritises the highest-value opportunities.
Full Sales Cycle Execution
  • Run every stage of the deal: prospecting, discovery, needs analysis, tailored product demos, commercial proposals, negotiation, and close.
  • Engage senior decision-makers including GMs, HR Directors, Talent Acquisition Managers, and Operations Directors with a consultative, solutions-led approach.
  • Represent Hosco at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to build visibility and accelerate deals.
Account Growth
  • Work closely with Customer Success post-close to ensure strong onboarding and client satisfaction.
  • Proactively surface upsell and cross-sell opportunities to deepen account value over time.
  • Build relationships that turn initial wins into long-term partnerships.
Performance and Forecasting
  • Own and consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline data and forecasting in Salesforce.
  • Bring market insights and client feedback back to the team to sharpen Hosco's go-to-market approach.
What We're Looking For
  • 3-5+ years of B2B sales experience in a full-cycle, quota-carrying role.
  • Background in SaaS, HR Tech, Recruitment Technology, or Hospitality Sales strongly preferred.
  • Proven track record of building pipeline from outbound and consistently closing deals.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, asking great questions, listening well, and tailoring your pitch accordingly.
  • Comfortable engaging and influencing C-suite and senior stakeholders.
  • A natural self-starter who is organised, resilient, and motivated by hitting and exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in English plus at least one additional language (Spanish, French or Italian).
  • Based in Barcelona or willing to relocate; eligible to work in the EU.
