Description

The Account Director will play a critical role in managing client relationships, leading digital marketing strategies, and ensuring the successful execution of marketing campaigns. This position requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of digital marketing trends and best practices.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, understanding their business needs and marketing objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through effective communication and client service.
  • Anticipate client needs and proactively offer innovative marketing solutions.
  • Develop and oversee comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead the development and implementation of multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and actionable insights to clients.
  • Manage and mentor a team of account managers and marketing specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, analytics) to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.
  • Provide strategic guidance and support to team members, ensuring they have the resources and knowledge to succeed.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and expansion, presenting new ideas and strategies to clients.
  • Assist in the development of proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
  • Stay current with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with cutting-edge marketing solutions.

Profile

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in account management within a marketing or advertising agency, with a focus on digital marketing.
Proven track record of successfully managing and growing client accounts.
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, tools, and best practices.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve complex business challenges.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
