Requirements:

  • Improve Data Quality: By consolidating different data sources and identifying inconsistencies, ITAM addresses data gaps and outdated information to enhance overall asset data quality.
  • Support Additional Services: ITAM integrates with services like licensing (SAM), vulnerability management, certificate validation.
  • Lifecycle Management: ITAM ensures that assets are registered and tracked throughout their entire lifecycle, from deployment to retirement.
  • Provide Recommendations: ITAM offers reports on how to improve asset data quality and supports processes to ensure assets are known and managed effectively.
  • English communication skills
  • Complex IT related processes understanding
  • ServiceNOW for incident handling
