Welding Engineer (M/F) Palmela

Are you passionate about engineering and eager to be part of a global company operating across 5 continents?

Were looking for a Welding Engineer to join the Technical Department of a company specializing in the maintenance and management of railway equipment from locomotives to metro units and special track machinery.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop welding specifications and coordinate qualification processes for welders and projects
• Define Inspection & Testing Plans and Welding Plans
• Ensure workshop implementation of all welding-related requirements
• Collaborate with QHSE teams to ensure welding quality control

What were looking for

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or similar)
• Preferably with additional qualification in Welding Engineering
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Proactive and organized mindset
• Basic IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Driving license (Category B)
• Immediate availability is a plus!
