Description

• Implement and optimize lead generation campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Manage the entire lead conversion journey in HubSpot.
• Work closely with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads.
• Analyze and report on the effectiveness of acquisition and conversion campaigns to drive continuous improvements.
• Analyze and report on paid media campaigns using metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, CPL, CPA, ROAS.
• Collaborate on creating engaging content that generates interest and qualifies potential leads.
• Manage the online advertising budget to ensure maximum return on investment

Profile

• 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B marketing, particularly in lead generation.
• Prior experience in Media Agency and Advertising is valued.
• Proven experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Fluency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to operate independently with a strong sense of initiative.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding lead generation goals.
