The purpose of the HR Shared Service team is key to supporting the business, line managers and employees in all transactional HR activities.

Description

• Performing general and more complex administration of HR Services processes and tools on a local and European level for the entire "Employee Life Cycle"
• Handling general and more complex inquiries & support through ticket service system or via phone (if required)
• HR Database management (Workday) - can be trained in detail
• Job posts on different job boards (via a Recruiting tool)
• Preselection of applicants (most of the time in German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, etc.), organization of interviews
• Preparation of On-boarding plans and of Off-boarding documents
• Issue all types of certifications to employees, mainly for Germany
• Responsible to train new team members and guide them during the first three months.
• Direct support to Team Lead in process OM topics (ticketing, dispatching, improvements, problem solving)

Profile

• Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Management or other relevant fields
• 2 or more years of experience in HR Generalist roles
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
• Fluent in English (mandatory). An additional language (French, German, Spanish or Italian) would be of significant benefit
• Experience in training newcomers about internal HR processes
