Description

1. Business and product strategy

  • Primary responsibilities will revolve around crafting and executing business and product strategies, providing critical insights to senior management, and overseeing market analysis to ensure informed decision-making.

. Keen sense of urgency and crisis awareness will be instrumental in supporting management decisions. Provide timely and data-driven insights to help prioritize initiatives, allocate resources effectively, and navigate challenges to ensure the success of our products in dynamic market landscapes.

  • Ensure the strategy is within the key metrics of revenue, investment and profit determined by Top Management
  • Quarterly promotional plan definition

2. Team management

  • Lead a team of PM and get the best out of them

. Guide the team in identifying market opportunities, defining product positioning, and developing go-to-market strategies that drive growth and competitive advantage

3. Market analysis

  • A deep understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities will be essential for success in this role. Lead rigorous market analysis efforts to identify emerging opportunities, assess market viability, and anticipate potential threats, enabling proactive decision-making.

4. Stakeholders management

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders will be critical. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, retail, sales, and finance, to align strategies, communicate priorities, and drive collective success in bringing our products to market.
  • Able to communicate strategies, tactics and business improvements through power point and take senior partners on a journey.

Profile

  • Solid academic background
  • At least 5 year's experience in a Product Manager area, as well as a sales background and team management experience
  • Track record in FMCG or Electronic Consumer Goods industry
  • High level of English
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and crisis awareness
  • Strong commercial foresight and strategic mindset and ability to communicate this focus to a team
  • Ability to manage and balance multiple projects and priorities, as well as short-term goals and long-term vision for the team
  • Advance data-handling capability with strong analytic abilities to make effective decision-making
  • Passion and high creative thinking mindset to create the best products propositions
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation abilities
  • Strong collaborative mindset and flexible interpersonal skills when interacting with internal and external stakeholders
  • High level of Excel and Powerpoint
