Provide guidance and help to calling clients.

Principais responsabilidades

  • Respond technical requests for information and support;
  • Support in equipment configurations;
  • Support in the use of content creation tools for the web;
  • Identify customer needs and advise in the best way possible;
  • Escalate trouble shooting to the next level.

Perfil desejado

  • Experience in customer service, preferably in technical support;
  • Strong motivation for the relationship with the customer;
  • Native in french;
  • Customer orientation;
  • Experience in customer service/call center;
  • Knowledge of domain name registration and management;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
