Kelly Services is recruiting a Fixed Assets Project Maintenance & Operations, for Siemens S.A., located in Lisbon. Your mission will be… - Plan, implement and support new roll outs and tools;
- Support Team Leader and Service Line Manager on current and future projects;
- Support our clients in Fixed Assets topics, processes and consultancy;
- Improvement process proposal.
We are looking for someone with… - Technical background in Financial, Business administration, Accounting or equivalent;
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative and/or customer oriented tasks. Fixed Assets knowledge is a plus;
- English, written and spoken (mandatory). Any other languages are an advantage;
- Proficient in MSOffice (Excel). Knowledge in SAP system (nice to have);
- Team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Act like an owner and proactively;
- Confident in working in an international environment;
- Like to work with new tools and systems;
- Strong critical thinking, gathering complex problems, learning new skills, and developing solutions;
- Excellent organizational and planning skills;
- Service attitude;
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment.
