Our client is a french multinational young company in real estate sector that is looking for an Executive Assistant.
Principais responsabilidades
* Digital and physical document file management;
* Carrying out desk research;
* Management of the professional agenda of executives;
* Coordination of letters/correspondence;
* Answering and handling telephone traffic;
* Receiving and accompanying of visitors;
* Organization of meetings, travel, lunches and inherent logistics;
* Event-planning;
* Coordination of work with external partners (Accountants, Lawyers, Architects, Contractors, etc);
* Preparation of presentations, meetings and information to support the business;
* At all times able to take ad-hoc responsibility and initiative (assisting colleagues).
Perfil desejado
BA Degree in relevant matters;
Proven experience as Executive Assistant of at least 3 years;
Fluency in French and Portuguese;
Good knowledge of English will be faced as a plus.
Dynamic and proactive profile;
Good communication skills;
Ability to adapt to the versatility of daily functions and manage priorities;
Description and detail-oriented;
Efficiency in the performing of functions;
Ability to handle various topics confidentially;
Emotional intelligence.
