Principais responsabilidades

• Contribute to the development of strategies across different business areas;
• Lead finance and accounting strategy;
• Manage finance team;
• Responsible for cash management, capital requirements, debt, taxation, disposals and acquisitions;
• Responsible for the financial repors;
• Budget, forecast, reforecast, P&L;
• Supervise recruitment and selection;
• Performance management.

Perfil desejado

• Degree in finance, accounting or similar. MBA would be appreciated;
• Experience in similar roles;
• Strong financial knowledge and analytical skills;
• Excellent leadership and people management skills;
• Demonstrated ability to drive financial strategy, provide strategic insights and make data-driven recommendations;
• Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels;
• Fluency in English;
• Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced business environment;
• High level of integrity, ethics and professionalism.
