Financial Controller Team Leader - Global Business Services

Your Main Activities Are
* Under the responsibility of the local Finance Manager based in Lisbon Office, the Financial Controller team leader will perform the following activities
o Assure that the tasks performed by the team are performed in a timely manner, ensuring the quality of the service, by monitoring and managing the activities of the each team member, taking into account the Group guidelines
o Provide guidance to the team members on how to solve/deal with when it is required a senior expertise or when a new procedure is in place
o Implement the right controls to secure the output, improve the processes and maintain the procedures updated
o Generate ideas for process improvements with respect to the processes in scope and ensure high quality and efficient work
o Participation in the creation of a KPIs framework to evaluate the team's performance against the client expectations
o Manage and develop the human resources by recruiting, organizing the annual appraisal and the development plan
o Preparation of the necessary information and analysis to support the Management (presentations, analysis files)
Profile
Profile and Skills to Success
* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting, Management or Economy
* At least 4 years of Experience in Financial Audit, Management Control or Financial reporting
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Fluent in English
* Ability to collaborate / Teamwork

* Analytical Ability
* Ability to develop and adapt a process
