The Change Management Strategist will be focused on leading channel transformational projects within the FMCG (Fast Moving Consumer Goods) industry. The main goal is driving transformation initiatives and aligning them with the company's strategy.

Description

  • Align the Channel Strategy with our support IT platforms (Back Office, ERP, Front end), ensuring that IT developments meet the business requirements.
  • Drive cultural change management throughout all transformational projects to ensure the successful implementation of our strategies.
  • Lead and coordinate the continuous improvement cycle within the Channel to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure that local sales KPIs are aligned with Sales Guidelines.
  • Develop and implement excellence programs within the Channel, focusing on skills, tools, processes, and procedures.
  • Act as an expert on Excellence Execution principles and guidelines, applying them to local sales operations.
  • Possess a working knowledge of strategic, support, and sales tools ecosystem, guiding their use and development to meet the company's needs.
  • Define and understand Functional Competencies and their applications to different roles within the organization.
  • Assess the sales capability status of the organization and identify existing gaps.
  • Design and implement training and development programs specific to the channel.
  • Ensure agility in adapting to changes through state-of-the-art Change Management programs.

Profile

Leadership skills: ability to direct and guide employees in the performance of their jobs; employing management styles and methods that are tailored to the employee/group and situation in question.

Entrepreneurship: ability to recognize market opportunities for both current and new products/services and considering them in a business-like manner; taking risks to achieve a business advantage.

Negotiation skills: ability to communicate one's own standpoints and arguments effectively and pointing out common goals in a manner leading to agreement and acceptance by both parties

Planning & Organization skills: ability to determine goals, priorities and timings effectively, activities and resources required to achieve the set goals

Business analytical skills: ability to identify opportunities/gaps, drawing correct and realistic conclusions based on the information available and the weighing of pros and cons to drive continuous improvement of service and customer value
