COMPANY
Portuguese electricity and natural gas tradind company.
CANDIDATE
This person will help us enhance our quality and training strategy in the following areas:
- Build and maintain quality standards throughout the operation;
- Stronger our onboarding and nesting plan to welcome new hires;
- Improve knowledge management;
- Maintenance of our Knowledge Center;
- Setup and follow up of Trainings, from the specifications up to the go live;
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness by perform listening, participating in training sessions with agentes;
- Lead and/or contribute to projects related to business change, such as the roll out of new systems and processes/new clients, entry level leadership development and change management.
PROFILE
- Bachelors degree in human resources or a related field such as Education or Training (essential);
- Highly computer literate with proficiency in MS Office and related business and communication tools;
- English and Spanish (Fluent);
- Availability for travel (Porto – Vila Real).
