Principais responsabilidades
Reporting to Iberia Marketing Director, the candidate will be responsible for:
- Support Market brand and products introduction by implementing and monitoring trade and digital marketing initiatives for Portuguese market reporting to Iberia Marketing Director.
- Implementation of marketing and digital campaigns by following plans, guidelines and directives from Marketing Global and Iberia teams.
- Preparation of marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing related data to follow KPIs.
- Keep promotional materials ready by coordinating requirements with Marketing department (design, brand, digital, trade) and Dealers opportunities. Look for improving Brand and Products visibility on dealers.
- Research of market for competitive marketing initiatives by identifying and evaluating them to look for new opportunities.
- Plan meetings and trade shows by identifying, assembling, and coordinating requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating Dealers.
- Co-ordinate & implement an effective digital ecosystem including adaptation and follow up of websites, blog and social networks community management according to Global Marketing guidelines
- Review trade and online KPIs, performance reports, and promotional campaign results to help measure, analyze and optimize the success of marketing campaigns and ROI.
- Understand and anticipate trends in the field of digital and social media practices and technologies to accelerate digital marketing expertise as part of an integrated marketing model.
- Development and execution of tailor made marketing activities with Key Accounts of the company
- Understand the Online Shopper journey and come up with solutions to optimize the moments of contact with the shopper.
- Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Perfil desejado
Education and Experience Requirements:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience in digital and trade marketing, particularly within the industry.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate.
- Solid knowledge of website and marketing analytics tools.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Training and Communication skills.
- Fluent in English and Portuguese.
- 3 years' experience.
Trade and Digital marketing Specialist Qualifications / Skills:
- Trade marketing skills, market dynamics knowledge.
- Digital skills, especially on web and social media management.
- Marketing research and segmentation.
- Project Management.
- Understanding the customer.
- Process improvement and reporting.
- Initiative and Planning.
