Your new role




Reporting to Talent Acquisition Team Lead, you will be responsible for:


  • Lead the recruitment process for assigned European and Asian countries and drive consistency in the hiring process and ensure a best in class hiring manager and candidate experience;

  • Help hiring managers navigate trade-offs between market, speed and quality while setting clear expectations on service level agreements;

  • Assess and advise on talent and business risk & benefits of hiring specific candidates;

  • Use competitive analysis to understand hiring needs and recruiting practices of talent competitors;

  • Meet Global Talent Attraction goals for time-to-fill, cost per hire, diverse candidate slates, candidate pipelines, and compliance;

  • Contribute to Cluster and local GTA projects;

  • Provide hiring managers accurate and timely updates on applicant activity, track talent acquisition metrics and report trends and issues to the TA Team Lead;

  • Present ideas for process harmonization and simplification.






What you'll need to succeed


We are looking for professionals with 3+ years previous experience ideally in a large/ global matrix environment, preferred in-house or RPO and:


  • Strong consultative skills and proven success developing strong, collaborative relationships across multiple departments and levels;

  • A demonstrated track record as an effective networker and closer, confident in developing complex offers with collaborative partners;

  • Demonstrated success leveraging social media platforms;

  • Very good computer skills including Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems, and social media channels;

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;

  • Fluency in English, ideally in addition German and/or Slavic language;

  • Workday and international recruitment experience is highly preferable;

  • Authentic, empathetic, curious, courageous;

  • Proactive, innovative, pragmatic.
