Your new role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll report to the Head of HR and lead a team focused on identifying, attract and acquire the right Talent. You will be responsible for creating and developing recruitment strategies and Employer Branding, building a relationship with the hiring managers, developing a motivated talent team aligned with Ferring's growth needs, and promoting Talent Acquisition best practices. Also, you'll guide the Talent Acquisition Strategy resulting in the attraction of diverse top tech talent aligned with our values.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a talented professional with more than 5 years of experience in a similar role in a Tech environment. The experience in leading a team is also essential for this role. For your success, you should have an advanced level of English (written and spoken). We are looking for a Talent with strong communication, intellectual curiosity, problem-solving and resiliency
