The Global Financial Services (GFS) acts as partner for the Finance Teams in the countries to further optimize the Finance organization and gain benefits through specialization. They have a great opportunity to join the team as a Supply Network Planner, in Lisbon.

Your new role

You'll be responsible for the execution of supply planning policies, standards, guidelines, technology and procedures, execution of sense & respond processes, including evaluation of E2E value stream operational scenarios, developing and execution of distribution plans downstream through the supply chain, accounting for any upstream process constraints, identification of Global Supply Network Plans that ensure service goals are met and inventory is optimized, management of Planning Parameters and indicators, identification of Supply Commit dates to Demand Planning and/or commercial group, engagement with Production and Sourcing Groups to ensure that Supply Network Plans are aligned to production and purchasing, management of value stream planning activities derived from products phase-in phase-out, communication with key Supply Chain partners (Production Planning, External Supply, etc.) to provide Supply input into the S&OP/IBP process.

What you'll need to succeed

University Degree or equivalent;

Supply Chain Certification ( APICS/ IBF) is desirable;

At least 2 years of experience performing related activities;

High level of English (written and spoken);

Experience with ERP (SAP/APO/SNP) & Advanced Planning Systems (OMP) is preferred;

Communication and negotiation skills;

Ability to build strong collaborative relationships;

Strong analytical skills;

Team player, quality- and service-oriented;

Highly motivated and flexible .
