Your new role

Reporting to the International Supply Chain Manager you will be responsible for:

Reviewing and optimising stock levels to secure no stock out situation, ensure adequate local supply to all customers;

Managing incoming customer orders from wholesalers and hospitals as well as pharmacies via the SOS channel;

Securing on-time in-full products supply to market and correct order management;

Driving a regular status meeting with relevant internal stakeholders (e.g. F&O, quality, etc.);

Being responsible for the process of daily invoicing of sales, related month-end processes, and controls and processing and managing credit notes, also relating to market access contracts;

Ensure that all necessary and relevant SOPs related to supply chain are in place and executed in a timely manner;

Ensuring timely reporting; daily orders and sales, quality related activities and issues.

What you'll need to succeed

We are looking for a professional with:

Experience in Supply Chain and Customer Service (Ideally with a minimum of 2 years);

Experience in pharmaceutical company is a must to have;

English Fluent (C1/C2);

Experience in SAP;

Immediate availability;

Good problem solver, good communication skills and with a team spirit.
