We are looking for a talented and motivated Sourcing Specialist (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and selecting clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective talent sourcing strategies;
- Identify and evaluate potential candidates through various platforms and networks;
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and provide suitable solutions;
- Stay updated with market trends and best recruitment practices;
- Manage and update the candidate database.

Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, or a related field.
-Proven experience in recruitment or talent sourcing, preferably in a shared service environment.
-Excellent communication and sourcing skills.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of sourcing/recruitment management tools and systems.
-Fluency in Portuguese and English.
