We are looking for a Service Manager and Architect for Firewall Service to join us in Lisbon.
Understanding of the current firewall technologies supported by the main vendors like Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, Checkpoint, etc.Familiarity with Next-Generation Firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPN, proxy services and segmentation strategies;
Knowledge of network security principles, including Zero Trust Architecture
Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements (e.g. ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR)
Previous experience as a Service Manager for IT in security related topics
General knowledge about Firewall management and operation services in IT and OT environments
Experience in designing and optimizing network infrastructures and firewall environments
ITIL framework knowledge
Experience managing SLAs, KPIs, and Service Availability for security related services
Ability to coordinate migrations, upgrades, patches and lifecycle management in complex IT environments for security services
Understand complex connectivity and firewall solutions in the LAN network segment
