Your new role:
- Develop and maintain our Service Management application;
- Extend our application by integrating additional functionality via APIs;
- Taking technical decisions in line with the application functionalities;
- Sharing tips and process “how to” with your colleagues;
- Develop support documentation and knowledge articles for user experience improvement;
- Providing training to end users and specialists;
- Operating and optimizing our internal Service Management application from a Business perspective
- Develop and maintain our Service Management application;

What you'll need to succeed:
- University Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, Information Systems Management or similar;
- Knowledge of Financial activities;
- Experience in process design/definition;
- Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical functionality;
- Advanced level in MS is required;
- Experience with coding and projects in the web environment;
- Experience with (HTML/CSS, JavaScript);
- Experience with RPA is desirable;
- Strong written and oral communication skills (English is mandatory)
