As a Senior Marketing Executive, you will play a key role in driving and implementing strategic initiatives to empower our sales and marketing teams and help us grow our business in one of our main Divisions.
Description
- Conduct research to gather insights into industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs within the given markets;
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop the marketing strategy for the vertical you are managing;
- Lead targeted efforts by identifying and researching high-value accounts in the given markets, assisting in the development and execution of multi-channel, personalized campaigns tailored to specific account needs and challenges;
- Lead the content planning tailored to support industry specific campaigns;
- Plan and execute industry specific marketing campaigns;
- Work closely with the and sales teams to identify, engage, and follow up on new leads;
- Lead the relationship with external partners to develop co-marketing initiatives, joint campaigns, and mutually beneficial programs.
Profile
- Background in Business Management, Marketing or related field;
- 5+ years of experience in Marketing, Filed Marketing, Sales Enablement or Business Development;
- Experience in a context of B2B tech services (must-have);
- Experience in an international setting (must-have) and having worked w/ the DACH region or USA (nice-to-have);
- Native in English (must-have) and fluent in Portuguese (nice-to-have);
- Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms;
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams;
- Enthusiastic about driving growth through targeted marketing and sales initiatives, with a desire to make a tangible impact in expanding or client portfolio.
