Description

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to achieve cost reduction, quality, and delivery objectives;
• Lead supplier selection, evaluation, and performance management processes.;
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements to ensure favorable commercial terms;
• Analyze market trends, risks, and supply base to identify opportunities for optimization;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (engineering, production, finance, logistics) to align procurement activities with business needs;
• Manage supplier relationships and resolve commercial or performance issues;
• Drive continuous improvement in procurement processes, tools, and policies.

Profile

• Academic Background in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field;
• 8+ years of experience in procurement or strategic sourcing, preferably in an industrial or manufacturing environment;
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Proven experience with supplier relationship management and contract management;
• Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent) and advanced Excel skills;
• Analytical mindset with strong cost analysis and data-driven decision-making abilities;
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities;
• Fluency in English.
