Our client is looking for a Scrum Master to expand their team in the Oporto office.


As a Scrum Master:

  • You are responsible for establishing our flavor of agile delivery practices.
  • You will facilitate agile ceremonies and help the scrum teams to self-organize and continuously improve.
  • You will also foster close collaboration across all team members, encourage knowledge sharing, and mutual support.
  • As well as coaching teams to remove impediments, you will shield the supported Scrum teams from external interference and ensure the team is fully functional and productive.
  • You will be responsible for setting up two Scrum teams in Porto whilst supporting the scaling of the engineering department in-line with the teams in Berlin.
  • You will work closely with the CTO and the other Scrum Masters to ensure smooth collaboration and management of dependencies.


  • At least 2 years experience working as Scrum Master or coaching agile teams.
  • Proven experience working with multiple teams as scrum master or agile coach.
  • Experience setting up teams from scratch is a big plus.
  • Experience in agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, XP, etc.); Certifications are a plus.
  • Broader knowledge of scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS, Nexus, SAFe or Scrum@Scale
  • You are a coach and an active listener.
  • You can inspire people to continuously improve.
  • You can be assertive, with the confidence to be voice of authority when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Excellent facilitation and moderation skills.
  • Experience in working with remote/distributed teams.
  • Broader knowledge of software development concepts such as Test Automation, Continuous Deployment, and DevOps.
  • Experience running large workshops (online or offline) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of JIRA/Confluence administration is a plus.
  • Fluency in English is required.
